Junior Transfer Pricing
About this position
Your role
- Assist with Transfer Pricing Documentation Preparation: Draft Local Files, Master Files, and other transfer pricing compliance reports to meet OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Support Economic and Financial Analysis and perform Benchmarking Analysis: Use economic databases to identify comparable companies and determine arm’s length pricing for intercompany transactions.
- Conduct Functional Analyses: analyze the functions performed, assets used and risk assumed by entities being part of a group to determine their contribution to the value chain and ensure appropriate pricing of intergroup transactions.
- Collaborate with senior team members: Work closely with more senior consultants to analyze client needs and deliver tailored transfer pricing solutions.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes : Research and update the team on transfer pricing developments, including OECD guidelines and local country regulations.
- Participate in Client Engagements: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings and support discussions with tax authorities when necessary.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or Law.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in Luxembourg or in an international consulting environment.
- Understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international taxation basic principles.
- Experience with transfer pricing tools is an asset.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with a strong interest in developing expertise in transfer pricing.
- Excellent team spirit and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus, but it is no mandatory.
