Forvis Mazars is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead online campaigns, manage various marketing channels including digital ones, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and expertise in digital marketing tools and trends.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute marketing strategies, with strong focus on digital, across various channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing;
  • Manage and optimize traditional and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic;
  • Oversee website content, ensuring SEO best practices and a seamless user experience;
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and suggest any real-time adaptations;
  • Produce engaging physical and digital assets in close collaborate with Group team and in line with corporate branding;
  • Design, plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement and followers, including employer branding;
  • Stay up to date with all marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring compliance with Group’s guidelines;
  • Analyse and present client survey results, suggesting action plan where appropriate and executing it with the relevant Partner;
  • Direct Management of one team member, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment;
  • Preparing marketing budget submission and monitoring budget spend along the year,
  • Creating and maintaining solid relationship with service providers, including local media.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication or similar field;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 2 years in a management position;
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • Tech savvy;
  • Solution-oriented and stress resilient;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
